| The “Love Clean Streets” application (aka Don’t Mess With Croydon or DMWC) is available in the standard app stores Google Play and the Apple Store. Love Clean Streets is great for reporting any street problems that need Council attention. These ranges from pot holes, defective road road signs, or fly tipping (there are 16 categories). It is best to use the app whilst on-foot at the location of the problem. The app will automatically attach your GPS location and a photo can easily be added to any report. What is also most pleasing is that the council does appear to respond these reports. However, with the Council making cuts to personnel in the departments concerned their ability to react may be curtailed. |
