Old Lodge Lane Bridge Replacement – Shuttle Bus

18:00hrs, 30 December 2015 to04:00hrs, 04 January 2016 Installation of the new bridge decks during a blockade of the railway. Cranes will be set up on Old Lodge Lane to lift the old bridge out and lift the new bridge in. Work will be carried out 24 hours a day during this period. The road will be entirely closed during this period. A shuttle bus service will be in place to provide pedestrians with transport from one side of the road closure to the other

The shuttle service will have 2 mini buses and will be making 3 stops in Hartley Old Road, Old Lodge Lane and the other side of the bridge in Old Lodge Lane. The route will be via Stoats Nest Road.

The shuttle bus will be 24/7 and the operator will be judging the times on the frequency it is requested. If needed Bamnutall (the operator) will increase the runs the shuttle bus makes.
