2025 Membership Renewals

Posted on January 7, 2025January 7, 2025 by pk

Judging by the large number of subscription renewals so far, it appears MemberMojo is working well. To all those members who have renewed – a huge THANK YOU!

Members who have already registered online using MemberMojo can renew their 2025 membership by logging into the KENDRA membership page using their email address and pay their subscription by debit or credit card. Neither KENDRA nor MemberMojo store any card details, so it is necessary to re-enter credit or debit card details to pay. Although this slows the process, security-wise, it’s a plus.

MemberMojo is now KENDRA’s sole membership record system. Members who pay by cash or cheque are entered into MemberMojo manually on receipt of their subscription. This is vital, not only to ensure their subscription is recorded, but to make sure they receive the KENDRA Magazine and (optional) weekly Planning eNewsletter.

(Cash and cheque subscriptions are normally collected by your local Road Steward. Alternatively, members can send/deliver their subscriptions (please don’t post cash) to KENDRA Chair, 161 Hayes Lane, Kenley CR8 5HP. Cheques payable to KENDRA. Remember you can pay for up to 3 years at £5 per year. Please include your full name, full postal address, email address and/or ‘phone number.)

All members, regardless of how they pay, are asked to provide an email address if they can. It enables Members to access to their membership record and allows MemberMojo to send an automatic reminder when subscriptions are due. It also gives KENDRA a cost free method of contacting a member if there’s a problem. We acknowledge some members do not have an email address, in which case we ask for a contact number instead.

As both reminders and access to MemberMojo rely on accurate email addresses it’s essential they are entered correctly and any changes updated. The system reports undelivered emails. It then becomes necessary for the Membership Secretary to contact the member by another means, which you will appreciate, is time-consuming.

Again, THANK YOU for being a KENDRA Member.

All contact information, be it email address or ‘phone numbers, will NEVER be shared with any third party without a members’ prior consent. See KENDRA’s Privacy Statement for Members.

If you have had any issues using MemberMojo, suggestions how we can improve the system or have any issues regarding you subscription, please contact membership@kenleyra.org.uk
