Yes, it beggars belief! No sooner had we welcomed the news that ‘upper’ Kenley was getting its bus after such a long wait…….it’s now been cancelled. Or at least the route we hoped it might take has. Transport for London in its infinite lack of wisdom has withdrawn the service. Or that’s what has been surmised. Because, to be frank, it’s hard to know what they are saying as the language used is barely comprehensible.
Getting clarity from them as to why it has been cancelled or at least changed to be of no use to anyone is an ongoing clarification situation to be decided due to mitigating circumstances.
