You may have noticed the new hanging baskets on Kenley Parade, or more properly, Norfolk Terrace. KENDRA has provided the funds for the installation and upkeep of these baskets. The first question members ask is ‘who’s going to water them?’ The contractors, Window Flowers, will maintain and water them throughout the season.
We are told they will become larger and more ‘blousy’ once they are properly established. We hope they will make a difference to the appearance of the shopping parade, make visiting more pleasurable and maybe encourage more shoppers.
