Our ACV (Asset of Community Value) for the Kenley Hotel is IN. While we wait for a decision from Croydon Council, we must be ready to move fast should it be granted.
This is the second of our short coordination meetings. This is where we’ll divide tasks, form micro‑teams, and get everything lined up for the next phase of the campaign.
We’ll be coordinating volunteers for key roles including:
• Community Benefit Society (CBS) setup & registration
• Valuation lead
• Crowdfunding launch team
• Funding applications
• Business plan & share offer
• Campaign assets (design, video, social media)
