Our ACV for the Kenley Hotel is IN, and while we wait for Croydon Council to decide, we must be ready to move fast should it be granted.
We’re pulling a full volunteer team together for a short coordination meeting in early June. This is where we’ll divide tasks, form micro‑teams, and get everything lined up for the next phase of the campaign.

They’ve kindly waived their £40/hour room fee, so we just need to buy a drink to use the space.

We’ll be coordinating volunteers for key roles including:
• Community Benefit Society (CBS) setup & registration
• Valuation lead
• Crowdfunding launch team
• Funding applications
• Business plan & share offer
• Campaign assets (design, video, social media)
