Sunday 6th August – Historic Croydon Airport Open Day

Open on the first Sunday of every month is London’s Historic Croydon Airport and micro -museum, the Croydon Airport Visitor Centre. The micro-museum tells the story of air travel and how the airport played a significant part in the development of Britain’s international airline and air routes across the globe. The micro-museum is located in the former Air Traffic Control Tower, the world’s oldest, of the world’s first airport terminal that was originally London and the UK’s first international airport.
